Description

• The Account Manager will be crucial in nurturing and maintaining strong client relationships. • Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned clients, building trust and rapport whilst identifying areas of opportunity to pass to the Business Development Team. • Be a customer advocate by capturing their feedback and reporting it to the product department and any other relevant department. • Review client journeys and use a consultative approach to help clients overcome issues and achieve good sales. • Work closely with the business development, legal, product, finance, implementation, and marketing teams. • Organise regular meetings/calls and share performance reports. • Travel across Europe for client visits and commercial fairs.

Requirements

• At least three years experience in a similar role, preferably in payments or retail. • Demonstrated ability to understand and address client needs. • Excellent time management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously. • Strong oral and written communication skills in French and English, able to articulate ideas clearly. • Well-organised with attention to detail. • Ability to negotiate and solve complex problems efficiently. • Ability to work with multiple teams to provide the best service to clients. • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Docs, CRM platforms (e.g., Hubspot), and other relevant tools. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle uncertainty, and adjust priorities quickly. • Experience in handling client queries tactfully and diplomatically, with a minimum of 3 years in a client-facing role.
