🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree required (design concentration preferred) • 2-4+ years experience as Production Artist within a product company, design studio, creative agency, printing company or print publication • Experience with digital content such as websites, social media, rich media, online advertising and email campaigns • A passion for design and creative marketing • A drive to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment • A desire to seek inspiration and share that inspiration with others • A humble and hungry attitude • A proactive approach to addressing problems before they arise • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign • Experience with After Effects and Premiere is a bonus • A drive to challenge current design trends (what makes them work) • Willingness to travel 4-5 times per year • Must be located in California, Idaho, Colorado or Tennessee
