Description

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts. • Ensure compliance with policies. • Support contract filing and communication with internal teams. • Handle Enterprise customer registration and related inquiries. • Help draft standard customer, partner, and supplier contracts. • Review contracts and flag potential issues. • Input contract details into databases and tracking systems. • Ensure signatures and approvals are obtained and recorded. • Communicate with internal departments regarding contract details. • Provide support with Enterprise customer registration forms.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders • Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees • Highly detail-oriented and organized • Highly responsive and agile in a fast-paced environment • Ability to meet constant stream of deadlines and prioritize work effectively

Benefits

• Remote, full-time (40h/week). Flexible hours, but must be able to work close to EST. • No-end-date, independent contractor agreement. • Payment in USD, biweekly or monthly - your choice.
