Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a technical discipline. • 5+ years of professional experience driving customer experiences on a product • Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining websites or apps that are powered by modern Content Management Systems • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions. • Experience working with designers and creative teams to develop amazing user experiences • Experience with Agile software development methodology. • Experience with OTT. • Fluency in English and Arabic. • Passion for both technology and world affairs. • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior executives. • High attention to detail. • Experience coordinating complex product development cycles and software development schedules. • Experience working on digital media platforms, web technology and standards, cloud services, and mobile application platforms. • Experience with web technologies such as Angular, React, Vue • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done.

Benefits

• Totally remote, full time (40h/week) • Flexible work hours but with a mandatory overlap from 10am to 6pm GMT + 3 time hours. • No-end-date, independent contractor agreement • Payment in USD, biweekly or monthly - your choice
