• Accompany clients on their journey to becoming data-driven companies. • Build business relationships with stakeholders and future customers. • Manage data science projects for clients and execute them alone or in teams. • Communicate and visualise results and derive business recommendations. • Design and deliver solutions alongside data scientists, analysts, and engineers. • Help build core data science competencies within the company.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of relevant consulting or industry experience. • PhD or a university degree in a quantitative field. • Extensive knowledge of technology, tools and coding (ideally python). • Strong leadership with a proven track record of professional success. • Experience in building and leading teams and project management. • Excellent communicator and able to engage with stakeholders. • Highly result- and customer-oriented and willing to travel for projects. • Fluent in German (at least B2) and English.
