📋 Description

• Design and implement security solutions for clients • Develop and implement integrated cybersecurity strategies in digital transformation, Industry 4.0, and IoT • Optimize processes for information security and product development • Analyze and optimize organizational structures and security governance processes • Project and program management in the realm of cybersecurity strategies and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Outstanding university degree, ideally in the STEM field • At least three years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably with a background in IT consulting • Experience leading small project teams on cybersecurity initiatives • In-depth understanding of cybersecurity architectures, frameworks, policies, and procedures necessary for effectively protecting clients’ infrastructures • Ability to create and present complex business cases that align cybersecurity strategies with organizational goals • Thrive in diverse, cross-functional teams and international settings, and open to travel as needed • Strong communication skills and can convey complex cybersecurity concepts clearly in both German and English
