Description

• Further development of the financial services industry focus (banking and insurance) • Advanced development of industry-specific business and process models with a focus on digital transformation, customer centricity and other innovations • Support in the development and implementation of integrated strategies and the corresponding supporting processes • Analysis and optimization of organizational structures and governance processes • Establishment and introduction of management tools and systems • Project and program management using traditional and agile methods • Expansion of the customer and service portfolio in the financial services area

Requirements

• Outstanding University Degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD) • At least two years of professional experience in a consulting context for financial services (banking, insurance, etc.) • Strategic mindset • Excellent understanding of core commercial processes • Sound knowledge of common consulting methods and tools • Ideally project management (e.g. PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) and IT management certificates (e.g. ITIL, Cobit) • Innovativeness and willingness to take responsibility • Willingness to travel • Business fluent in English and German, other languages (e.g. Chinese) are an advantage
