🎯 Requirements
• Sehr gut abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (Master, MBA, PhD) • Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung im Beratungskontext für Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, etc.) • Strategisches Mindset • Sehr gutes Verständnis kaufmännischer Kernprozesse • Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Consulting Methoden und Werkzeuge • Idealerweise Projekt-Management- (z.B. PMP / Prince 2, SCRUM) und IT-Management-Zertifikate (z.B. ITIL, Cobit) • Innovationsfreude und die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen • Beratertypische Reisebereitschaft • Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
