â˘Experience leading engineering teams building developer tools or IDE extensions â˘Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript development and some experience with Ruby â˘Familiarity with extension development for at least one popular IDE (VS Code, JetBrains, etc.) â˘Experience with REST API integration in frontend applications â˘Background in managing cross-platform development projects â˘Understanding of version compatibility management and its challenges â˘Excellent people management and mentorship skills â˘Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders â˘Experience with Git workflows and GitLab features (nice to have)
