• GitLab is an open core software company that develops the most comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps Platform. • The Technical Writing team manages the docs.gitlab.com site and its content, processes, and tooling. • As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you are central to the effective functioning of docs.gitlab.com. • It's an exciting time to join the Tech Writing team as an Engineer - they’ve just re-platformed the docs site to Hugo. • You’ll be at the leading edge of DevSecOps while collaborating with Technical Writers and the wider GitLab community.
🎯 Requirements
• Professional experience with JavaScript (Vue.js) and static site generators (like Hugo). • Professional experience with Ruby and Rails. • Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about complex technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions. • Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems. • Comfort working in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process. • Experience with CI/CD Platforms.
