Description

• Givebutter is hiring a Team Lead to oversee our backend engineering team and execution. • Responsible for delivering world-class software to users and maturing engineering practices. • Report directly to the CTO and carry out the product vision. • Ensure excellent user experiences, top-notch security, design, and performance. • Cultivate a culture of high performers by eliminating roadblocks and incentivizing excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience in people management, mentorship, and clear communication. • Demonstrated success in hiring and developing remote engineering teams. • 5+ years of experience in building and deploying scalable production software. • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel and deep knowledge of PHP and Laravel trends and best practices. • 2+ years of experience managing system architecture with a focus on reliability, performance, and security. • Experience in a product-led growth environment is a strong plus.
