• C2 Level German and English. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven track record of success in senior sales leadership roles within the battery or related industry. • Valid driving license. • Strong knowledge of the European battery market. • Experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams. • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies. • Ability to travel as needed to support business development efforts. • Willingness to go above and beyond regular duties, contributing to various tasks to support the team's success.
