• Lead technical implementation, platform setup, integration, and data migration for nonprofit fundraising teams • Engage clients to complete onboarding and achieve time-to-value • Provide best-in-class customer-centric support • Collaborate with internal Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success teams • Communicate technical explanations and capabilities between clients and Engineering • Drive education and adoption through a world-class onboarding experience • Contribute to growth and scalability through documentation and process optimization
• Highly motivated individual • Perfect blend of building client-focused relationships, expertise and direct experience in Advancement Services and database systems management, and a project-management drive • Based in the United States • Experience in nonprofit CRMs is preferred
