Description

• Accounts payable • Monthly financial reconciliation and reporting • Working with customers for new vendor registration procedure • Invoicing customers and following up with them on past due payments • Maintaining the cap table and requesting 409A valuations • Working with the various federal, state, and local tax agencies to comply with tax regs • Producing the commission reports on a monthly basis • Working with accounting and legal firms • Reviewing and maintaining/adjusting company software license agreements • Review, maintain, and add company insurance policies and provide COIs to customers upon request

Requirements

• 3-5 years of successful finance experience, preferably in E-commerce and understanding of non-profit organizations • Bachelor's degree or related field and/or equivalent experience • Strong analytical and time management skills • Good teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude • Strong passion for Givzey's mission, and for E-commerce and finance • Ability to work closely with clients' functional teams internally, credit, legal, etc. • Good negotiation skills • Strong verbal and written skills • Willingness to step up to greater responsibility, strong desire to contribute to overall goals • Self-motivated, extremely detail-oriented, and strong time management skills • Creativity and strong critical reasoning skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving work environment
