• Verantwortlich für die Akquisition von Neukunden sowie die Weiterentwicklung und den Ausbau des bestehenden Kundenstamms • Recherche, Formulierung und Umsetzung einer operativen Vertriebsstrategie für einen definierten geografischen Raum, die alle drei Kundensegmente umfasst • Entwicklung und Durchführung von allgemeinen Marketing- und Leadgenerierungskampagnen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Marketing • Qualifizierung von Leads und Pflege für die Vertriebsbereitschaft • Engagement mit qualifizierten Leads, um Bedürfnisse zu evaluieren und Lösungen zu präsentieren, die in Geschäfte umgewandelt werden können • Verhandlung und Abschluss von Geschäften • Pflege der Beziehungen zu bestehenden Kunden zur Vorbereitung von Upselling • Entwicklung und Pflege von Möglichkeiten zur Unterstützung von Partnerkunden bei der Vertretung unseres Angebots bei ihren Kunden
• Bachelor-Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft oder gleichwertige Berufserfahrung • Mehrjährige (>5 Jahre) Vertriebserfahrung, mit Maschinen- oder Dienstleistungspartnern • Erfahrung in der selbstständigen Neukundenakquise • Erfahrung in der Verhandlungsführung • Starkes Netzwerk im Dienstleistungs- und/oder Produktionsumfeld und/oder relevanten Zielkundensegmenten • Technisches Grundverständnis oder Erfahrung mit technischen Produkten • Fließend in Englisch und Deutsch
