• Deliver ambitious roadmap to scale Cloud Engineering organization • Lead Cloud & Platform Engineering managers and professionals across various regions • Champion strong engineering culture, measure delivery velocity, and ensure high quality • Build foundations for a highly-scalable platform offering for developers and businesses • Recruit and build diverse engineering teams fostering career advancement

Requirements

• 15-20 years of experience in building IaaS and PaaS capabilities up to an enterprise level • 7+ years of experience leading technical programs, managers, and teams (>20 members) across time zones • 5+ years experience as an individual contributor • Deep technical experience across a number of services in the AWS cloud ecosystem • Experience with running serverless and container infrastructure at scale • Experience leading multiple teams in a fast-paced, agile environment • Experience leading teams to understand tradeoffs and to select the optimal solution to meet both business and technical requirements • Excellent communication with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to guide and influence senior leadership across the organization • Relationship building with executive leadership • Python, Java, or JavaScript development experience • BS in Computing, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience • Public Cloud Certification(s) (AWS, Azure, or GCP) are plus
