• Spearhead the strategy and execution of groundbreaking AI and Data products • Define and execute the product vision and strategy for AI and Data initiatives aligned with G-P’s mission • Lead market analysis and identify opportunities to implement AI technologies that enhance platform capabilities • Collaborate with senior management to align AI and data strategies with company objectives • Build deep relationships with customers and industry partners to gain insights • Manage the product team focused on outcomes and prioritizing features • Employ continuous learning through product performance metrics and user feedback • Stay informed on emerging trends in AI and Data • Advocate for ethical AI practices • Manage and mentor a team of skilled product managers and data scientists • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Machine Learning, Business, or a related field • 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years specifically in AI and/or Data products • Strong understanding of AI and Data technologies and their commercial applications • Proven track record of delivering AI and Data-driven products with a focus on solving real customer problems in a competitive market environment • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an exceptional ability to merge user needs with business goals to create compelling product strategies • Inspirational leader with outstanding communication skills, capable of motivating diverse teams and fostering an environment that values innovation and experimentation • Experienced with Agile and Lean methodologies, thriving in environments that prioritize fast-paced, iterative development cycles and quick pivots based on learning • Extensive knowledge of current AI and Data trends and industry best practices • Technical background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
