🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in Sweden, Hungary or another jurisdiction in the EMEA region. • 5-8 years of employment law experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal department. Experience working at a multinational company across various jurisdictions is a plus. • Experience on a broad range of employment law matters, including hiring, employee relations, accommodations, investigations, terminations, HR policies, employment compliance, and litigation. Experience managing health and safety or occupational risk matters is a plus. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide practical legal advice and creative solutions to complex legal matters, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely. • Ability to work collaboratively and engage with diverse stakeholders across the organization in an international setting.
