Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines or equivalent in work experience • Minimum 2 years of payroll experience in LATAM region. • Experience in third party platforms such as ADP, Workday, Ceridian • Intermediate skill level in Excel & PowerPoint • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of data. • Excellent command of English Language (both written and verbal) • Proficient time management skills with a strong sense of urgency. • Flexibility to manage multiple time zones and requirements for a global remote workforce. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative personality.
