• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. • 5+ years of product management experience focusing on data products, with at least 2 years involving AI/ML data preparation. • Proficiency with Lakehouse architectures and Databricks. • Strong understanding of data ingestion, ETL processes, data warehousing, and data preparation for AI/ML. • Experience with products leveraging big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools is a plus. • Technical background in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory. • Proven experience managing products in an agile environment. • Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence. • Ability to create user stories, manage sprints, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve outcome-focused goals. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Outcome-driven mindset with the ability to align teams towards common objectives.
