📋 Description

• We seek a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy, positioning and activation across global markets. • This role is pivotal in shaping how G-P is perceived by customers, partners, and industry influencers, ensuring consistency and impact across all touch points. • Develop and refine the global brand strategy and positioning to drive differentiation in the competitive B2B market. • Ensure alignment of brand messaging with business objectives, product roadmap, customer insights and market trends. • Define and maintain brand guidelines, voice and visual identity including adoption and alignment to ensure consistency across all regions and touch points. • Lead the development of brand-led, full-funnel marketing campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, engagement, and consideration. • Partner with internal creative teams and agencies to produce compelling brand assets, messaging and experiential moments. • Conduct brand health studies, customer research and competitive benchmarking to refine positioning and messaging. • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of brand marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in B2B/enterprise technology. • Strong track record of developing and executing global brand strategies and integrated campaigns. • Experience in Branded Entertainment, Sports and Media sponsorships • Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey, go-to-market models and enterprise decision-making processes. • Experience managing creative development, agency relationships and multi-channel brand activation. • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in brand measurement methodologies and analytics tools. • Exceptional storytelling, communication and presentation skills. • Ability to influence and collaborate across global teams in a fast-paced environment.
