• At G-P, our mission is to break down barriers to global business. • We are seeking a Senior Employment Counsel, Manager - EMEA. • This role requires extensive experience in employment law across multiple jurisdictions. • The Senior Employment Counsel will provide strategic legal advice and ensure compliance with local labor laws. • Manage a team of regional employment lawyers for the ongoing growth of G-P across EMEA.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer in one or more EMEA jurisdictions, with 10+ years of experience in employment law. • Experience working with multinational employers across various jurisdictions. • Excellent legal judgment, creative problem-solving abilities, and business-sensitive analytical skills. • Experience managing and leading a team of legal professionals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, written communication, and interpersonal skills. • Capacity to operate in a complex, global environment with ease and fluidity. • Vision and experience in strategic initiatives beyond tactical implementation. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
