Description

• Manage IT projects, application management, and troubleshooting • Support exponential growth plan of MoXi • Develop, configure, and integrate Encompass with Salesforce CRM • Assist with LO Connect integrations & settings • Troubleshoot IT related items and implement improvements • Lend expertise with pricing engine integration

Requirements

• At least five (5) years of recent experience in IT Support • At least three (3) years of recent supervisory experience • At least three (3) years of recent experience with Encompass Administration including custom build • Knowledge of non-QM or portfolio lending • Track record of delivering excellent service to clients • Ability to connect and work with colleagues in Mexico and the US • Highest standards of ethical conduct • Strong technical aptitude, comfort with a paper-less work environment • Desire to thrive in a startup type environment • Ability to travel to Mexico as needed • Advanced knowledge of Encompass360, Custom Print Forms, Business Rules • Advanced knowledge of Input Form Builder and VBA.net programming language • Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM
