📋 Description

• Serves as the face of IT for a department or business unit. • Hands-on technologist with high business acumen and experience in recognizing business needs. • Activities include gathering user requirements, developing and analyzing data to support business cases. • Deliver support, guidance, and software configurations to ensure effective utilization of software programs. • Focus on the role and adoption of new technologies at Global. • Review and analyze effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and business processes. • Support solution design sessions to enhance business operations. • Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of working with Right Angle. • A forward-looking, run to the work, problems are opportunities mentality. • Demonstrable knowledge of rational databases such as SQL and Oracle. • Experience with coordinating and overseeing client deliverable products. • Outstanding customer service & communication skills. • Experience with IT Audit/Sarbanes-Oxley/Cyber Security compliance, a plus. • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited College or University. • Certifications in ITIL, Six Sigma, Project Management, Business Analysis, Application or Infrastructure Design, Development, Administration or Support preferred.
