• GLOBAL PACIFIC SUPPORT is seeking a visionary and experienced Architect. • You will be instrumental in designing innovative solutions that meet client needs. • Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive architectural plans. • Ensure alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. • Lead architectural design projects from concept through execution. • Work closely with clients to translate their requirements into functional designs. • Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations regarding project viability. • Collaborate with engineers and project managers for cohesive project delivery. • Stay updated on latest architectural trends, technologies, and regulations. • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards. • Mentor junior architects and design team members.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Architect or in a similar role. • A strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects. • Proficiency in architectural design software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp). • In-depth understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members. • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field. • Licensure as a registered architect is preferred.
