🎯 Requirements

β€’ Proven experience as a property and casualty insurance agent or a relevant role in the insurance field. β€’ Comprehensive understanding of property and casualty insurance products. β€’ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction. β€’ Strong analytical skills to evaluate client needs and risks accurately. β€’ Self-driven and results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. β€’ Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to close sales effectively. β€’ Proficient in insurance software and CRM tools. β€’ A valid property and casualty insurance license is mandatory.
