β’ Global Pacific Support is seeking a knowledgeable and driven Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our dedicated team. β’ You will be responsible for providing expert advice on property and casualty insurance products, helping clients secure the coverage they need to protect their assets. β’ You will assess risks, tailor insurance solutions, and build long-lasting relationships with clients. β’ This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on clients' lives through effective risk management. β’ Evaluate clients' insurance needs and provide tailored property and casualty insurance solutions. β’ Present and explain insurance policies, highlighting key features and benefits to clients. β’ Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. β’ Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new insurance products. β’ Assist clients in completing applications and claims processes, ensuring a smooth experience. β’ Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. β’ Keep accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
β’ Proven experience as a property and casualty insurance agent or in a similar role. β’ In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance products and services. β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. β’ Excellent analytical skills to assess clients' risks and recommend appropriate coverage. β’ Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. β’ Strong negotiation and closing skills. β’ Proficient in using CRM systems and familiar with insurance software. β’ Active property and casualty insurance license is required.
