Description

• Collaborate on digital creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives, bringing ideas to life through animation and motion graphics. • Drive creative innovation by developing storyboards, visual concepts, and animation strategies that captivate and engage audiences. • Contribute to brand consistency and cohesion across projects, ensuring that motion design reinforces the broader brand strategy. • Design and animate video, digital, and social media assets, aligning visuals with campaign goals and brand standards. • Create, review, and refine storyboards and animations, maintaining quality and providing constructive feedback to enhance project output. • Partner with cross-functional teams, including design, marketing, and product, to build cohesive, visually engaging experiences across digital touchpoints. • Utilize UI motion and prototype design to enhance user interfaces, ensuring dynamic and user-friendly motion applications. • Organize and manage project timelines, adapting to shifting priorities and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience. • 5+ years of experience in motion graphics design, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and video animation. • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong skills in After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator; foundational knowledge of Cinema 4D is a plus. • Skilled in animation and video editing, with a strong understanding of visual storytelling principles and user interface motion design. • Ability to think critically, with a keen eye for detail and time management skills to handle dynamic project demands. • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to provide and incorporate feedback effectively.
