Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in product management or a similar role. • Strong understanding of product development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • Experience gathering and documenting software requirements. • Proven ability to analyze market data and customer feedback. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Passion for building exceptional products and delivering value to customers. • Proven track record of successful product launches. • Experience with data analysis tools and metrics. • Experience working with remote teams. • Experience in HR tech, Human Capital Management (HCM) or Payroll software is required. • Time and attendance and mobile app development experience is strongly preferred.
