Description

• We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Cloud Product Owner to lead the strategic progression and optimization of our Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) system. • The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our Oracle HCM platform meets the evolving needs of the business. • This role is responsible for supporting HCM users, defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. • This position requires a strong background in HR processes, coupled with superuser hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role, with at least 3 years specifically managing Oracle HCM products. • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. • Ability to support training of internal team members with the heart of a teacher. • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM. • Experience building custom reports and data extracts using OTBI and Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP). • Strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Proven experience managing end-to-end projects from ideation through delivery. • Strong oral and written communication skills.
