📋 Description

• Momentus is looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and help us build and launch innovative products that solve impactful problems for our customers. • Drive the execution of all processes in the product lifecycle, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch. • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements in collaboration with UX and engineering. • Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI. • Conduct discovery to uncover high value, unmet market/customer needs; conduct & synthesize competitive analysis. • Create, manage and present product roadmaps. • Collaborate with product pricing to determine ideal commercial / GTM plan. • Track, measure, and report on product performance. • Gather and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders. • Make data-driven decisions to improve products. • Develop content for executive/board presentations on roadmap and product/market performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration, marketing) • Quantifiable product success stories • 3+ years of experience in product management • Strong understanding of the product development process • Experience working with cross-functional teams • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically and tactically • Data-driven decision-making skills • Bonus Qualifications: Experience in the Venue or Event Management industry or in risk management or sustainability software; Experience with Atlassian or Pendo; Experience with JTBD framework
