Description

• Define imagery-based content products and market opportunities for Nearmap • Assess competition and understand customers’ needs • Drive development of new solutions to impact Nearmap’s growth • Collaborate with various teams to ensure product-market fit and execute strategies • Maintain understanding of Nearmap verticals and improve existing products

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management with expertise in Photogrammetry, AEC, Local Government, Land Management • Proven ability to understand market and customer needs, define new products and business models, and build and sell products • Strong technical aptitude, including knowledge of photogrammetry and geospatial software, SaaS analytics products, system integration, and APIs • ASPRS Certified Photogrammetrist is highly desirable • Ability to effectively perform customer discovery, particularly with a view to validate viability of potential new solutions or features • Ability to derive insights from diverse data sets • Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills • Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinker and revenue driven • Positive self-starter • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills, with ability to work successfully across all engineering disciplines • Customer service focus, both internal and external • Degree in Photogrammetry, Geomatics, GIS, City Planning, Civil Engineering, or related field
