Description

• You will work with a fast-growing European B2B tech startup specializing in blockchain solutions for financial services institutions, banks, and supply chain companies. • Support marketing initiatives, driving brand awareness, and ensure successful execution of marketing strategies. • Campaign Management: plan, execute and optimize marketing campaigns ensuring timely & budget-friendly campaigns, as well as monitoring & reporting on campaign performance for improvement. • Content Creation & Management: collaborate with the content team to create compelling & relevant content, manage the content calendar and assist in producing multimedia content. • Social Media Management: manage and grow social media presence by engaging with our online community and analyzing social media metrics. • Market Research & Analysis: conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and potential growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech or blockchain industry. • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, HubSpot). • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and metrics. • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Ability to work closely aligned to CET working hours
