• Work directly with clients during U.S. business hours via Zoom, text, and email to support clients as necessary. • Act as liaison to communicate project updates, technical issues, updates, etc… to project management and development personnel. • Onboard and train customers to use products effectively. • Provide developers with client feedback to help identify potential new features or products. • Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features that meet their requirements. • Work with sales/marketing personnel to increase sales through upsells. • Work with project management, development, and marketing to establish best practices.
• Minimum 3 years experience doing similar work. • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies. • Familiarity with software and front-end development concepts and terminology. • An ability to grasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
