🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year in a technical capacity within an agile environment. • Strong understanding of e-commerce, retail, and composable commerce concepts. • Proficiency in documenting requirements and using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. • Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal), essential for managing cross-regional projects and working with diverse stakeholders across the Americas. • Familiarity with MACH architecture (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native, and Headless) is highly desirable. • Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.
