Description

•We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruitment Manager to join our team. •This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about recruitment and eager to lead and optimize the recruitment processes within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. •As a Recruitment Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, manage client relationships, and drive the success of our RPO services. •Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. •Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs. •Manage and mentor a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture. •Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with client objectives. •Stay informed about industry trends, emerging recruitment technologies, and best practices. •Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. •Monitor and report on recruitment performance, client satisfaction, and key metrics.

Requirements

•Proven experience in recruitment management, preferably within the RPO or recruitment industry. •Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. •Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. •Demonstrated ability to build and lead a successful recruitment team. •Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Self-motivated with a high level of initiative and a sense of urgency. •Ability to thrive in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic work environment. •Proficiency in recruitment software and tools.
