📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • At GM2, we are seeking a Technical Lead - Lead Engineer & Solutions Architect to take ownership of our architecture and lead the development of innovative solutions across our platforms. • Reporting directly to the Director of Technology & Innovation, you will drive technology strategies, oversee engineering execution, and collaborate closely with business leaders to align technical roadmaps with corporate objectives. • This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can mentor engineers, optimize systems, and drive Agile/DevOps practices while ensuring high-quality product delivery. • Bonus points if you have a strong network and can bring in top talent to strengthen our backend, DevOps, data, and AI/ML capabilities. • In this role, you will develop and execute technology strategies, architecture, and product roadmaps for B2B and B2C platforms.
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years leading engineering teams in enterprise-scale systems or startups. • Proven success in delivering B2B and B2C SaaS solutions leveraging cloud services (AWS preferred). • Deep expertise in software engineering, system architecture, and CRM development. • Experience driving Agile/DevOps cultures, focusing on CI/CD pipelines and automation. • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Next.js). • Strong leadership skills in coaching, mentoring, and building high-performing teams. • Ability to execute in fast-paced, high-growth environments while maintaining technical quality. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
