Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in civil litigation: automobile negligence or premises liability • Experience handling depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and other complex assignments • Excellent research, writing, and communication skills • Exhibits good judgment and organizational skills • Ability to manage a large caseload • Strong desire to learn and grow in legal profession • Strong verbal and interpersonal skills • Experience billing for your time
