📋 Description

• Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as Operations Assistant. • In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that make a difference for our country. • The Administrative Assistant for Operations is responsible for coordinating and submitting responses to customer Requests for Proposals (RFPs). • This includes ensuring compliance with company standards, and managing contract vehicles such as the GSA Schedule. • This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational and communication skills who can collaborate independently with internal teams. • The Administrative Assistant will review bid sites to identify relevant opportunities and route them to the appropriate staff. • Additionally, this role will support the production of recurring and one-time reports, providing valuable insights to internal stakeholders.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). • 3+ years of experience in proposal coordination, contract administration, or program management. • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and SharePoint (preferred). • Expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (required). • Familiarity with government and commercial contracting processes, including managing contract vehicles. • Strong understanding of the RFP process and proposal lifecycle. • Ability to review scopes of work and ensure compliance with company policies and standards. • Experience managing and maintaining contract vehicles, including renewals and compliance requirements. • Ability to filter and route bid site opportunities based on company capabilities.
