📋 Description

• Job Title: Operations Specialist • Job Summary: As the Operations Specialist, your primary role is to establish and optimize operational processes for Upward Title in Washington, a new market for the company. • You will be instrumental in developing and implementing efficient workflows, ensuring compliance with state regulations, and leveraging technology to enhance overall operational effectiveness. • Your primary focus will be on setting up and standardizing processes at the branch level, ensuring proper workflow with the National Operations Center. • Key Responsibilities: • Process Design: Develop the company operational processes to optimize efficiency of the escrow assistants and closers in customer-facing roles. • Collaborate with National Operations Center to develop and integrate a standardized workflow between NOC and the branches. • Technology Setup: Support technology in the development and optimization of our systems for Washington state. • Optimize document libraries and templates for Washington state operations. • Training and Documentation: Provide guidance, training, and support to national teams on Washington state procedures and norms to ensure a high level of team performance. • Maintain thorough documentation of operational procedures and updates. • Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and customer service, to integrate process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. • Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations preferably in the real estate or title industry. • Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and optimizing workflows. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. • Proficiency in using technology platforms and tools to enhance operational efficiency. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements at the WA state and local level.
