🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in GTM enablement, L&D, or similar roles in a SaaS environment • Proven success designing and managing scalable onboarding or learning programs, including live, e-learning, and blended delivery models • Strong understanding of sales and pre-sales processes, with the ability to translate them into effective enablement programs for internal teams and partner-facing roles • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences • Proficiency with common enablement technologies and GTM tools • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing performance metrics and using insights to optimize enablement efforts • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders • Comfortable working across global teams and time zones, with a collaborative and flexible approach • Must be located in Central, Mountain or Pacific timezones to be considered
