Requirements

• 5+ years in a support, client services, implementation, or customer-facing role. • Considerable experience operating within an ecosystem of products and partner platforms where shared solutions are developed • 5+ years in a technical role, such as solution design, technical pre-sales, or similar. • Proven project management experience, including requirements gathering, solution design, and documentation. • Background in working cross-functionally with internal and external teams, including third-party vendors. • Advanced technical proficiency with tools like SSO, basic HTML, and API integration design. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to break down complex customer requirements into actionable solutions. • Strong technical writing and pre-sales solution design capabilities. • Experience leading discovery workshops and scoping discussions with multiple stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to create training materials and documentation. • Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work across multiple teams. • Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on risk management and stakeholder engagement. • Knowledge of learning and development programs is a plus.
