📋 Description
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting for our Dutch entity. • Responsible for the monthly and annual closing, ensuring compliance with Dutch GAAP. • Monitor and control cash flow to optimize financial stability. • Supervise accounting entries, bank reconciliations, and tax filings. • Implement improvements in financial processes and internal controls. • Collaborate closely with the Accounting Officer on industry best practices and recommendations for improvements.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling or a similar financial role. • A degree in accounting, finance or business administration (or something equivalent). • Fluent in English. • Strong knowledge of the Dutch GAAP and accounting regulations. • Proficient in Excel, Google Sheet & ERP systems. • Experience with Exact (our accounting software) is a plus. • Experience working in a remote international environment, preferably at a scale-up company, is a plus. • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
