🎯 Requirements
• Proven Revenue Operations experience in B2B SaaS startup/scaleup with a track record of building processes that scale • HubSpot experience and deep familiarity with standard SaaS tools (Aircall, Airtable, Apollo, Metabase and more) • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue forecasting • Talent for turning complex data into compelling stories and actionable insights that drive business-wide decisions (SQL knowledge a bonus) • Experience leading cross-functional projects and communicating effectively at all levels • Proactive problem-solver who can bring order to complexity (in a good way) • Organised but flexible, thriving with autonomy. This is your function to own and scale.
