Requirements
• Minimum of 2+ years of executive-level, full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of success • Expert-level proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other recruitment tools • Strong understanding of financial reviews and profit-and-loss statements; ability to communicate business opportunities effectively • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high sense of urgency • Preference given to candidates with franchising experience
