📋 Description
• Design and implement Enterprise Insurance Management Platform for P&C clients • Assess and align business practices with system functionality • Elicit, document, and gather requirements to meet client needs • Collaborate with project manager to ensure timely project completion • Analyze client data for system integration • Provide user training and support • Ensure implementation projects are started and completed as planned • Participate in user and focus group meetings • Develop implementation plans and documentation • Travel to client sites as needed • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• A University Degree or College Diploma in a related field • Experience with systems and processes in the P&C insurance industry (mutual, stock company) • Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines • Strong team orientation, both internally and externally • Elicitation, documentation, and requirements gathering skills • Facilitation skills • Positive customer service skills, including sales and marketing
