β€’ Collette is seeking an Outbound Sales Agent to join our Client Care Team. β€’ This is a remote position. β€’ Applications are accepted until Friday, 4/4/25 at 5:30 pm. β€’ As the longest-running tour operator in North America, our family-owned business leads the industry in innovation and expertise. β€’ This position requires team members to reach out to potential clients from a list of generated leads. β€’ Influence customers to book tours by following sales call flows. β€’ Handle customer needs by taking a consultative approach. β€’ Create, maintain, and update database of customers with complete information and emails. β€’ Maintain a timely customer follow up strategy. β€’ Use resources such as email and mailings to provide accurate information to all guests. β€’ Determine customer needs and propose appropriate service solutions. β€’ Meet or exceed the sales goals determined by Management and your Sales Team. β€’ Accurately complete a customer booking in our reservation system. β€’ Complete outbound calls to establish relationship and create follow up appointments with decision makers. β€’ Regularly Communicate with manager and team members to review lead rotations, closing techniques, updates to policies and products, and other important updates. β€’ Continued commitment to product education to better service customer calls. β€’ Other duties, as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Bachelors Degree preferred β€’ Strong active listening skills. β€’ Must be outgoing and energetic. β€’ Excellent problem-solving skills. β€’ Must present and communicate in a professional manner. β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. β€’ Must be organized with good time management skills. β€’ Previous outbound calling/sales experience. β€’ Experience in executing sales strategies. β€’ Possess strong presentation and closing skills. β€’ Must be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals. β€’ Must be able to collaborate and work within different teams to accomplish goals.
