📋 Description
Well established, well run Title Insurance Company in the greater Milwaukee area has a new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Title Examiner. • Examiners that have blended residential and commercial experience are encouraged to apply. • As a Commercial Title Examiner you will be performing real estate title searches and examining title history for properties. • The position requires a clear understanding of complex metes and bounds legal descriptions and complex title issues. • Additionally, the position is responsible for providing internal customers and teammates with timely answers to transaction specific title questions. • Excellent Pay and Benefits. 🎯 Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience performing commercial real estate searches and examining title history. • High School Diploma or equivalent experience. • Ability to shift priorities easily • Excellent organizational skills • Customer Service • Ability to work independently; and also function as a team member • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Ability to learn and leverage modern title production procedures and technology
