Description

• Full-cycle technical & non-technical recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers for positions such as software engineers, product managers, data scientists, IT professionals and more. • Partner closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and build effective hiring strategies. • Source and attract diverse candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Greenhouse, SeekOut, job boards etc.) • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, culture fit, and overall alignment with company values. • Manage candidate communications and ensure timely follow ups and great candidate experiences. • Collaborate with the People team to ensure a positive candidate experience and seamless onboarding process. • Consistently track and maintain pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters. • Report out on sourcing & screening metrics, industry findings, etc. Having a data driven mindset is a big plus.

Requirements

• 3+ years of technical recruiting experience, either in-house or at an agency • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical candidates efficiently • Strong understanding of technical roles, skills and market trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment. • Demonstrated ability to identify, engage and close candidates with a variety of experience and skills. • A team member who is empathetic and resonates with our GoFundMe’s mission. • Ability to prioritize, multitask and support our teams effectively. • Ability to take on projects when time allows and optimize processes. • Prior experience with GreenHouse, LinkedIn Recruiter & SeekOut.
