• GoGlobal is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Vendor Operations Specialist to support the vendor management team. • In this role, you will assist in the day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth communication with vendors, monitoring vendor compliance and performance, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the vendor management process. • Vendor Coordination: Assist in managing vendor relationships. • Service Delivery: Work with vendors to ensure high-quality service is delivered to our customers, addressing issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction. • Vendor Preparedness: Ensure vendors are empanelled and ready to be activated as per business needs, aligning vendor capabilities with operational requirements. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and document vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and report findings. • Develop a comprehensive ‘Partner Review & Governance Program’ to drive performance. • Issue Resolution: Help troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to vendor performance, escalating significant concerns to the appropriate team members. • Compliance Monitoring: Ensure vendors are adhering to contractual terms, organizational policies, and industry regulations. • Vendor Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliance checks are in place. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Account Management, service delivery team, client onboarding team, legal, and finance) to ensure effective communication and compliance with organizational goals. • Knowledge Management: Maintain and update a comprehensive knowledge base of vendor information, including contracts, contact details, performance metrics, and compliance documents. • Ensure all vendor-related data is properly organized and easily accessible for internal teams. • Process Support: Provide support for process improvements in vendor management operations, offering suggestions based on day-to-day experience and feedback from vendors. • Contract Management: Assist in maintaining and updating vendor contracts and ensure that all terms and conditions are well-documented. • Cultural Sensitivity: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively across cultures, respecting diversity in vendor relationships and internal teams, and adapting communication styles as needed.
• Preferred but not limited to a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Min 4 years of experience in operations, or customer success teams in high growth companies. • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with vendors and internal teams. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with both vendors and internal stakeholders. • Ability to understand and consider the perspectives of vendors and colleagues, in a cross-cultural environment. • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change quickly. • Attention to detail, especially in tracking vendor performance and managing contract compliance. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with vendor management software is a plus. • Previous work experience in dealing with BPO vendors will be a strong plus point. • Experience in a similar industry or working environment. • Basic understanding of contract terms. negotiations and service agreements.
